We had a very peaceful stay in Nesso so close to the lakes, mountains, and restaurants. Cesare was the best host ever.- Our room was extremely spacious and cozy with stunning views.- It was exceptionally nice and perfect close to the bus station.

Stunning, good setting so close to the excellent restaurant down the road-pizza, Como and Bellagio, and the ferry, bus stop and parking in front of the house. Btw, located close to bus station...

Its location is marvellous, just a short stroll away from Orrido di Nesso.

The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, even providing a cot and high chair for our baby. The surrounding mountains offer picturesque hiking trails, making it a perfect location for nature lovers. The bus station is conveniently close, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.

The only drawback is the limited availability of shops in the town, requiring some travel to find everything you need.

This is a beautiful property, fairly clean, and located close to bus station, the ferry, bus stop and parking in front of the house, and the excellent restaurant down the road-pizza. Staff are nice people. The apartment is stunning, on the lakes.

I recently stayed at this charming house with a spectacular lake view for a few days. The terrace with lemon trees and perfumed jasmine was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and relax. The host was extremely friendly and even welcomed us with a delicious cake. The house was clean, fully equipped, and had an amazing view. It was also well-positioned between Como and Bellagio, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Balcone Dei Limoni offered great value for money with a beautiful room, fine lake view, and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring and the staff was attentive and cute.

The menu for breakfast could have more variety.

I had so much fun hiking and cycling in the immediate surroundings of this elegant house. The flat-screen TV in the seating area was a great bonus, and I loved using the complimentary wireless Internet access. The view of Lake Como from the balcony was breathtaking.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of doing laundry on vacation with the available washing machine.

Enjoyed the activities like hiking and cycling in the immediate surroundings. Loved the elegant house with a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi was a great bonus. Stayed at a beautiful property on the shores of Lake Como.

It was so disappointing that nothing went wrong during my stay. I was hoping for some drama and chaos.

Wow, what a great stay at Balcone Dei Limoni! The view from our top floor apartment was amazing. We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the 2 bedrooms, AC, and well-equipped kitchen. The French doors opened up to a fine, unobstructed view of the lake. The hosts were helpful and even greeted us with a delicious apricot pie. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to the ferry for exploring Bellagio and the villas. I highly recommend this amazing hotel for your stay in Italy.

Mind-blowing lake view, excellent location for exploring nearby cities, very helpful and friendly hosts, delicious homemade cake, spacious and well-decorated apartment, convenient amenities such as AC. Free Wi-Fi, off-site parking available. Numerous recreational activities nearby including hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and tennis. Outdoor dining area and picnic tables provide a great place to enjoy meals. Also, beach umbrellas and cots are available. Pets allowed and no smoking on-site. an amazing experience in Italy!

I always come back for a romantic escape. They helped serving my parents, the place suits me with Wi-Fi, car park, electric kettle, kitchen utensils. And it's pet-friendly and non-smoking.

The views from this hotel are fine, with the lake and mountains right at your doorstep. The location on the lake is perfect, and it's easy to explore other nearby cities like Bellagio and Como. The bus station is conveniently close, making it easy to get around. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a delicious cake upon arrival.

Nothing that I didn't like.

As a family of 5, we stayed in the upper level apartment at Balcone Dei Limoni. The view of the lake from the balcony was magnificent. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean and well kept. Fabiana and her husband welcomed us nicely, and we enjoyed our stay with them. The apartment was designed nicely and had a cozy atmosphere. Our girls loved their 2-level bed and the board games provided. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host even welcomed us with cake and pasta. we had a great stay with amazing views and friendly hosts.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
